Based on lab results, I am using a pre-exponential factor A = 17647417.2642709 L/mol s and an activation energy Ea = 42575.994 kJ/kmol. I am trying to simulate the model for saponofication reaction. I have created the sodium acetate compound using the compound wizard, DWSim v8.8 indicates that "Maximum number of iterations is reached" in the reactor....

I am measuring the electrical conductivity in a lab for a saponification reaction. I have created a digital twin of this plant in DWSIM. However, at the separator outlet i cannot find electrical conductivty as a parameter. What are the options? Does DWSIM not handle electrical conductivity? Regards

Hi i am trying to simulate a flowsheet for CSTR conversion. In the lab i am measuring the conductivity of the outlet stream. Then i am using a correlation of conductivity to calculate the conversion. I want to create a similar scenario in the simulation flowsheet. How can i proceed further. For CSTR i have only the liberty to corrate the converion with temperature. I want to replace it with thermal conductivity. Regards

Hi, I want toimprove the mass transfer in an extraction column. I want to add a pulsation unit and an agitator in the extraction column in DWSIM. Is it possible to add these additional equipments using CAPE OPEN Unit Operation? Regards
