Addendum: I was actually referring to files where the numbers of the pages in the document are inconsistent with the printed file numbers. Either way, my request applies to both cases. Perhaps HandyOutliner can read the logical page numbers from within the destination file, amend the bookmarks that were previously supplied and write these to the XML-file (and then to the destination file?
I second that. These endless error messages are quite annoying!
respect logical page numbers of destination file
That seems to have helped. Thank you!
I've accidentally posted this in the djview section - perhaps this should be moved to the gsdjvu section?
Hey, perhaps someone can explain how I can convert pdf files with djvudigital limited to greyscales/monochrome? Cheers
Hey :-) As the title says: Is it possible to limit the conversion with djvudigital to certain pages of the input file? Like from page 10 to 20? I know this is possible with pdf2djvu but I couldn't find an option in the djvudigital manual. Cheers
no batch conversation possible?
