TL;DR Yes it seems development has moved. First to pam_ssh_agent_auth and then further to pam_ssh_agent_auth-2.0, both under https://github.com/jbeverly/. The full reasoning leading to above summary is that in the sourceforge svn repository the latest tag is as already written in this tickets' description indeed 0.10.2-rc1, and the latest commit is from March of 2014.
