NüHelp provides what I was looking for. Especially the invariant names are a must-have for me. But there is one thing, which seems not to work properly: I have the same key word marked in different chapters in my word document. When I select that key word in index of generated CHM-file, a small window with one line for each occurance opens, but all have the same title and position. So it is not possible to see the chapter, where the key word occurs.
