Hi, Any idea to map the channels in the "Import tab" to the channels from the antenna? I need help to understand how "internally" identifies the channels. And how I can map the channel-id in the XMLTV to these internal identifier. Thank you!

Hi, Thank you! I'll try this. However, in the first trials I've this problem: When collecting the EPG data, I'm writing them in a XMLTV file with "renamed" channels. In fact it's a simple "ch_id + EPGC" concatenation. This it to distinguish these data from another source. Then the problem it's how to configure in the "Import tab" that the channels name in the XMLTV file are in this form. In the page, I can load the channels, but I can't rename them. Any idea, please?

Hi, Even this sound estupid, I don't know how to not overwrite an XMLTV output file when processing the FTA channels captured with a DVB tuner. In my area, not all signals are strong, and some services include only partial EPG data. So I want to do this: 3 or 4 times a day I want to capture from the antenna and "update" the output XMLTV. Not just overwrite it, but update the data. This includes to remove data from early days, but not from the current or next days. This could be done? Thank you!

Hi Steve, And regarding the content of the data pids, you say: 0x231: Channels 0x234: Program titles 0x236: Program descriptions But I can see (with an HexView) that the pid 0x233 contains a very similar information to the 0x234. So perhaps this could be another group of program titles for the other channels? Futhermore, the pid 0x235 it's also very similar to 0x236. Perhaps another program description stream. Hi Steve, What I need to do this ? You can see the list of 'other' channels in the log after the line 'Creating stations from MHW2 channels'. They all have the network ID of 8916. They are ignored because in some cases they would have the wrong data if they were included. I don't see any comment related to "Creating stations from MHW2 channels" in my LOG. And now I'm using the last release: Executable build: 4.3.8024.23908 Regards.

Hi, You're right! The version installed (I've installed your last version overwriting the previous) was 4.3.7xxx.zzzzzz. I don't know why. Then removed and re-installed. Now it's running. Thank you. However, I can't see any difference except two versions of regular (SD) and HD channels. Before, only the regular version appears of most versions. I see that obviously the content are identical. Hi, Thank you for your effort! With the new version I don't see any improvement. However, if you can, please try to log the "unlinked" channels. Futhermore, I see that in the "=== Channel List - Channel ID Order ===" are every time listed the same channels. Could you print also the programs in the SDT table? Then it will more easy to check the non-found channels. Regards.

Hi, I uploaded another capture of the same transponder for 1min: https://www.sendspace.com/file/ukjgc6 I feel not all relevant pids are included in the previous. I've included only the pids that your tool requests to the tuner. However, I see that some other pids could have EPG content data as well. So I've added them. Perhaps in this new capture you will see that in fact the MHW2 used pids are more than you think. I hope you can improve the loading of all the channels in this guide. Thank you!

Hi, I'm using EPGC Collector to get the Spanish Astra 19.2 Guide using the Transponder 10847V. When I execute the channel scan (EPGC -> Channels -> Start Scan) the program listcontains 252 channels. That's OK. But, when I execute the Collect process, only 114 are processed. Then the resulting guide not includes the rest of the programs. Please, can you fix this error? Thank you.

Hi, I'm using 7MC, and I'm in the process to move from broadcast EIT to an XMLTV imported guide. Until now the EPF Collector process works great, but I've some suggestions to improve the XMLTV input: In my current XMLTV guide the description is in native language, but the "categoy" uses predefined "en" language (for easy mapping). So the problem is that when I select my native language (it's different from "en") the category is then discarded because the language is different. Then inside the WMC...
