    Hi, Notifications work really nicely in iTop. The states seem to be working well. There are triggers for updates from portal, but is there anyway, for me to create a trigger that would be executed if ticket has been updated from the back-end UI? As Service Desk can update the public log, which would be important to get contacts and caller to be notified for.

    Is it a requirement, for IT organization to have a team, to be able to be assigned tickets??? If so, then this could have been a reason. I haven't seen this in any documentation or at forums, but I really don't like that idea, if it is so. There can not be just one support agent person? Or could it be related to this, that there might not have been anyone signed with support agent profile in IT organization?

    Hmm... this was peculiar. Now that I started working with this again, it does (at least much more) work as I expected. Now I am able to assign a task to a person and the ticket creation works, even as delivery models are set to "IT" organization. I really don't have a clue, why it wasn't possible before (I worked like three hours with this and didn't do anything special now that I started to work with this again). It looks like somekind of a glitch, but I can't grab what it was about.

    Hi, I have iTop running. I selected ITIL model with no sample data. Everything seems to be okay. Services, subcategories, SLAs, SLTs, Delivery models all seem to be there. But I still have problem with creating tickets, assigning tickets and so on. Worst problem is, that I can't assign tickets. Selection is empty. And when I selected multiple tickets, I was able to select the organisation also, but no matter which one I selected, it still didn't give me any choices into the assigning select lists....
