We really have no way of debugging stuff like this. You might want to look over at the ITK help forum because if you can get ITK to compile on your system, then you should be able to get ANTs to compile as well. I have a pipeline that for a number of reasons runs under Ubuntu 10.04. I was hoping to add DenoiseImage binary to the pipeline, but I can neither get it to build from source on 10.04, and produces errors if I try to move the the binary and ants library directories from a newer install (Ubuntu 16.04, built from source) to the computer running 10.04. I had hoped that the binaries were static, but I get: ~/tcv/bin/antsbin/bin$ ./DenoiseImage ./DenoiseImage: /lib/libc.so.6: version GLIBC_2.14' not found...

Thanks. This will be my rough attempt: 1. I created a rough mask from the NKI main template, and dilated it 10x10x10mm. 2. I will then perform an affine between the template and subject, which will be used to mask out the face in a similar manner. 3. Then run the antsBrainExtraction.sh In some ways this is redundant (using registration to fix registration) and may not help much. It really depends on whether the occassional catastrophic failure when there is a mismatch between face/notface is due...

I am looking to use the NKI under 10 template for brain extraction, but my data is not yet defaced. Does anyone have an idea how I would (roughly) replicate the NKI defacing procedure? On full faced data I am currently running ${ANTSPATH}/antsBrainExtraction.sh -d 3 -a ${sub}_corrc.nii.gz -e $templatedir/T_template0.nii.gz -m $templatedir/T_template0_BrainCerebellumProbabilityMask.nii.gz -o ${sub}ANTS -f $templatedir/T_template0ExtractionMask.nii.gz -k
