Found the issue. With a LNB connected it now works. I guess the error shows up if the RF input level is too low.

Hi, I just bought a TBS5927 card and want to use it in the wide tuning range of 250-2150 MHz with CrazyScan. I installed the latest Win10 1.0.0.7 driver from TBS website. But it seems to not work, I keep getting a "BLScanEx failed !" error, see attachment. I changed default StreamReader.ini to this: ;!
