Is there a way to change where temporary data is saved?

You are probably cringing at the site of this email, but I have discovered the issue and wanted to inform you. Apparently Windows made an update and turned on Scroll inactive windows when hovering over them. Once I turned that off things work like they used to. I am sorry to have troubled you. I appreciate the quick response. I am sorry, but I did read your answer. In fact I read it several times because you were telling me to do what I had already done. Below is a snapshot of the Preferences settings. Please read the ticket again. I did disable Select visitor in plan at 3D move.
