I installed both the x64 and x86 versions from the link Chris Eaker posted, and it fixed the problem for me.
I'm having the same issue.
Yes, I updated to 2869 this morning and the issue is resolved. Thank you!

That build opens normally.
No, the only pop-up I get is the fatal error message, which has the same error as what is in the log.
Version 2860 works, but version 2863 crashes. The test version also crashes. I've attached the log from the test version. Also, after running a version that doesn't work, if I go back to 2860, it works again. So if I try to run 2863 MeGUI will crash and not start. If I drop the 2860 exe back in the folder, MeGUI will start up normally again.

I thought I had uploaded a log file. But here is one from the latest 2867. Now with 2867 at least I get an error message with the crash. With version 2865 I wasn't even getting an error message. I don't know what version I was using before I started having the issue.
MeGUI Runs Once But Will Not Run Again After it is Closed
I did some more fiddling, and figured out it only gives this error if you try to remove a track and you only have one track. So it deletes the last track and errors out. I believe the correct behavior in the case of trying to remove a track when there is only one track is to blank everything out and set the input to none instead of actually deleting the track.
Actually, this happens even if I right click and select "Remove Track" as well. And I'm using version 2810.
When I click on the "-" tab I get a Fatal Error: MeGUI encounted a fatal error and may not be able to proceed. Reason: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Yes, a "-" tab next to the "+" tab would help out greatly. Thanks!
Would it be possible to make Backspace delete characters, but the delete key function like Backspace used to, or even make some other key do that? Right clicking and selecting remove works, but takes longer than just a single key stroke, especially when I'm using my laptop's touch pad.
