Success! mrViewer works now. Sorry you had to spend time rewriting but now it should work on any NIX platform. With all the variations of opengl, I can understand the problem of knowing which one to use.

I tried both libopengl0 and libglvnd-dev with no success. I found many other forms of opengl on computer but not able to connect any to mrViewer.

Cannot open program. Tried "-d 3" and had same message as shown in attachment. Could not fine libopengl.so.0
