    Hi team! I am trying to configure a notification via email that sends an email each time a ticket is created in the portal. I have it but it would be great if I can attach the attachments of the ticket to the email. These attachements are included by the customer in the ticket created in the portal. Is there any way to do that? I have seen queries that find the attachments but I am not able to include it in the HTML body of the message... Any help? Thank you very much.
