Thanks for your replies! I tried passing the information through a file instead of piping through stdin and it works fine. Still it would be nice to be able to instruct 7-zip not to use any zip64 extensions, but I guess I am one of the very few people who has the scenario where it matters.

I am using 7-zip v.19.00 x64 on Windows 10 1903. I am trying to edit the NuGet package (which are zip archives) with 7-zip. Attached is the unedited file I start with. I can do the edit I want in two ways: 1. Using the 7-zip file manager; 2. Script it using the command line.
