One year later, still having a dead channel, still hoping to remap! :-) Any chance the 7900 driver now works with orange and green? Do the new SC7000 have working orange/green?

Hello, with the Epson 4900/7900/9900 around for 5-7 years and the SC 5000/7000/9000 being the current models, I wonder if any efforts towards drivers are on the outlook? Yes, I am aware that Epson supplies drivers but many of us suffer from dead channels with the x900 heads and having the possibility to remap the orange or green channels would be fantastic. Any chance there will be a working gutenprint driver? Thank you!
