compiled minisspd and now it is verified running both through netstat and the testminissdpd, with -d option i could see when runing the testminissdpd everything is working, then i modified the minidlna config to add the following line to give path to the minissdpd socket(verified existed also) minissdpdsocket=/var/run/minissdpd.sock but seems minidlnad hang there when doing the [2017/07/01 08:44:26] minissdp.c:310: maxdebug: Sending ssdp:alive [6], even didn't scan the media folders, on the other...

I guess the problem exist only in Sierra, as minidlna worked before on my mac, and now none of the major release works(1.2.0, 1.1.5, 1.1.0), same code works very well on my raspberry pi(Jessie) Just make a isolated guest wifi network for my mac and ipad, they were the only two devices, in case other devices in the network will do some pollution, still i got the same problem, checked port 1900 with netstat, minidlna was the only one using it on my mac.
