Hello, I am using the latest version of Genemarker (v2.7) and the allele table has a somewhat different format to the one of previous versions (copied below, sorry attaching a screenshot didn't work). So no surprise that RawGeno through up an error when trying to import the data. Is there any way to resolve this issue or update RawGeno to accept the newer table format ? Thank you Markus!
