    I'm using the FastDataListView class as a way to view diagnostic logs from another piece of software in a excel-like fashion. I set the data source of the list view to a DataTable. I added 1 row per log line, and I split the various components of that log line (thread ID, timestamp, message, etc) into separate columns.     Maybe that's the confusion then. I think it should show regardless of what's already entered. The intent is to pick my next search, replacing what is already entered. Thanks for explaining.
