To do that, you have to customize iTop. I recommend to implement a new port class and connect it to your application with an linking class and an AttributeLinkedSetIndirect

To create a section in overview like virtualisation, you have many ways to do is: the easiest way - do it in iTop: in iTop you can edit all overviews (they are called dashboards) in an editor. To open the editor open the overview->click on the pen in the top right corner -> and edit this page. Under Available Dashlets you have sone different widgets. The header are the secions you mean and badges are classes. So Components is in your case an header and the different component-classes...
Did you changed iTop-Code e.g. by extensions?
