Hi Joe, I have an impression that someone/some article said the PCA works best with the averge-referenced data, and a spatial PCA actually enforces an average-reference. But I can't find the source of this infomration. Could you confirm if it's true, or it's just a myth? Thank you. Best, Chao

Dear Joe, Thanks for your great toolbox. I want to segment the continuous data based on the event marker "stm+" with the fields "cel# = 2", as shown in attached Fig1 (a screenshot from NetStation) My intuition is to set the criterion as shown in Fig2. But the Segment tool can't access to the "cel#" after the event "stm+" was selected (Fig3). The input file format is .set; I also tried the simple binary raw format but still can't see "cel#". Dear Joe, I was wonder if there is a command to display the codes that are run behind the EP Toolkit's GUI base when any change is made. For example, we can type "eegh" to display the codes that are run behind the EEGLab's GUI. Is there a similar command for EP Toolkit? Thank you! Chao

Hi Joe, I followed the steps of the "Continuous Data File Example" section, and my controls looked like this (the same as the one in the tutorial): https://imgur.com/Ee64FmO But I remembered that I haven't installed the gcc compiler yet and I'm using mac.
