Will have to try the regular setup on another different setup. I cant pick up anything obvious in the error.log or setup log. Or I am just being blind.

Hi all, I am currently running iTop 2.7.3 and trying to upgrade 2.7.5. I am running a Debian Distro and Apache 2.4, Mariadb 10.1 and Php 7.3. The upgrade fails after verifying the upgrade, and backing up the DB. This just gives the error (see also attached): Progress of the upgrade Database backup Status iTop version 2.7.3-6624 built on 2020-12-09 10:28:04 Upgrade failed You can restore your application from the archive '/var/www/html/data/backups/itop.zip' You can restore the database from '/var/www/html/data/backups/manual/backup-core-update.tar.gz'...

Dears, can someone please assist. I am failing to open dispatched tickets, with the format as attached, giving the resultant error: Fatal error, iTop cannot continue. Error: Invalid state '' for class 'UserRequest', expecting a value in {new, escalated_tto, assigned, escalated_ttr, waiting_for_approval, approved, rejected, pending, resolved, closed, dispatched, redispatched}. I recently upgraded to 2.7.3 from 2.6.3. I am running php 7.3, MySQL Mariadb 10.1. Would appreciate your assitance.

Make sure you have the 'conf/production/config-itop.php' file with the appropriate permissions in the iTop 2.7.3 folder. It always makes a difference.

Got it finally. Had to comb out this https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=2_7_0%3Ainstall%3Aupgrading_itop#how_to_upgrade and also work with Vincent suggested and it worked. Enjoying the new feel of 2.7.3, broke all my extensions but thats easier. Cheers :-)

My system is running 2.6.3-5092 (Upgraded it from 2.6.1-4463 this eve). Stopped my cron from running, renamed the itop (ver. 2.6.3-5092) folder to itop.old create new itop folder, give ownership to www-data run http://myitop.mydomain.com/setup/ (all prerequisites ok) next step (upgrade button grey, only available option is new installation)

True. The file is not there, I copied it in, with the correct perms, still the upgrade button is greyed. Possible I am missing something, cant figure it out.

My upgrade button is grey. Please help out in what I could be missing. I have gone through the upgrade link here (https://https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=2_7_0%3Ainstall%3A260_to_270_migration_notes), I cant see what I am missing. Please help.

My environment is Debian 9 PHP 7.0 Mariadb Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.1.47-MariaDB Apache2.4 Its possible I am missing out something crucial for the upgrade to proceed. Please point me in the right direction.

I must say I have followed the upgrade procedure on https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=2_7_0%3Ainstall%3Aupgrading_itop and also this one https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=2_7_0%3Ainstall%3A260_to_270_migration_notes and went through this one https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=2_7_0%3Ainstall%3Aupdate_wizard but I am getting no joy. My upgrade radio button is still greyed out. Please help.
