Never mind; turns out I had an older version of JPEGview. The current version works just fine (although I'd greatly appreciate the option of having the program take its sort order from the folder.) Windows 10. I have edited both the global and local JPEGview.ini files to make sortorder by filename the default. I can open a file and use the context menu to open the ini file for editing and verify that the sort order is specified correctly. Yet on startup JPEGview insists that the sort order is by...
Windows 10. I have edited both the global and local JPEGview.ini files to make sortorder by filename the default. I can open a file and use the context menu to open the ini file for editing and verify that the sort order is specified correctly. Yet on startup JPEGview insists that the sort order is by date, until I change this by context menu. What am I doing wrong?
