I have version 1.0.1 on a Mac ( Big Sur) and have found the setting in Preferences, Environment to turn on the Spell Checker. However, no spell checker seems to work.

I seem to have solved this problem. I was sometimes not getting the editing toolbar when I tried to edit long nodes. I have now selected all nodes and used alt+r to make sure they are all using rich text. I now get the editing toolbar whenever I go to "edit long node".

I have the same problem. Sometimes I do get the toolbar and sometimes not.

I cannot cut and paste from long nodes. I can highlight the text but cutting does not work. Using on Mac Mojave. Mike

When the map is filtered, and I right click on a dotted arrow to get to the linked node, the map jumps away from the cursor and continues with several jumps at no further prompting. Grateful for any suggestions on this. Running Freemind on a Mac.
