Fantastic. Thanks Laurent. Would I be able to update to v2 from the command line in the version I already have? Happy to Beta for you if this helps. Cheers.
I tried this and it's great. Thanks for putting this together. I have a fairly old PC so can't boot from USB but burned to DVD and no probs. I installed to the PC in the end and now have a dual boot Win10 / JamulusOS PC. Setting up the soundcard was a little troublesome but some googling and using alsamixer in the terminal let me make the changes I needed (the volume levels on the output were set to zero). I managed to "cattle" my MBR in the process though because I installed to a USB drive which...
The way I added parameters was to right click the shortcut > select properties and add them in the box marked target after the program path and name: Hope this helps.

VOTE: llcon Seriously good software and it does what it says it will do. Easy to use. Good configuration options and is unique in the genre.
What operating system are you running Tony? I can tell you what I did for Windows 10
Thanks Volker. That makes sense that it is a server that doesn't appear in the North American list but one that somone has set up in the default list. Cheers. Mike.
Thanks Marc. I've PMd Volker anyhow to get it checked as it shoulddn't be happening and it's difficult to get my bandmates to install jamulus so the last thing I want is for them to be distracted by a false +ve when they try to connect. Hope to hear you jamming online. You have been very helpful. Cheers. Mike.
Thanks Marc. Useful tip. I think I have solved this however. The warning only occurs if "Default" is chosen for Central Server. Manual and Default (North America) do not generate this warning. I think the default IP address is starting to be flagged as malicious because of a surge in traffic since lockdown. I'll try to get this checked with Volker. Thanks for your help.
Hi Marc. Thanks for the information, that's useful. The 127.0.0.1 is my server but the warning appears even before I choose that from the list. It looks like Jamulus tries to reach the 212.114.110.103:22124 as soon as connect is chosen from the main GUI before any server is selected. I.e., the action of pressing connect from the GUI tries to access 212.114.110.103:22124 I'm going to uninstall and reinstall and not create a server initially to see if that makes a difference. I don't think my server...
Hi. Loving this software but something strange just happened today. When I hit "connect" from the main GUI to see the server list I get a warning from Malwarebytes saying "Website blocked due to Trojan" The warning is received at the same time as the server list appears Ip: 212.114.110.103 Port: 22124 I have not had this since downloading and has just happened for the first time today (22 April 2020). Malwarebytes app is citing Jamulus.exe as the source. I'm happy to whitelist the jamulus.exe but...
