To make a long story short, about a month ago, I did a complete security reset of my system after finding a suspicious file. A consequence of that I suspect was disabling running Keepass in Admin mode as I apparently was. Now that I apparently no longer run Keepass in Admin mode, I can no longer save my database in Program Files (x86). I must've not tried to save the database since the security reset. In the mean time, I moved the database to Documents as suggested and can once again save it.
Thank you. I'll take your advice but I've used Keepass for years, have always saved the database in C;\Program Files (x86), and am confused why all of sudden I can't. Could it be due to some Windows security update?

Hello. Just now, tried to save database but am not allowed. Says: Failed to save to the specified file. See attached. Never happened before. Reason(s)? Thank you.
No replacement found. I also run 64-bit W10 Pro (laptop) but have learned to live with PopTrayU bugs. Does everything else adequately for what it costs.
Thanks for the feedback, wellread1. BTW, know how to delete posts? I clicked the edit icon but there was no "delete" option.
On my Android 7.0 phone, I use Keepass2Android and the KP2A AutoFillPlugin. Works great. PW.kdbx is stored on an SD card.
Just checked site now and it loaded, and the program updates again. Yesterday still wasn't the case. Not even on my phone. Don't understand it.
