Go to "DVD>Options>Disc Label" and enter title there.

I've had good results using a program called "Subtitle Edit". I import the video into the program and output the srt file with the UTF-8 setting.

Why does the monitor have to be vertical? Can't the monitor just be rotated?

Configuration > Settings > Core > Encoder > Internal Configuration > Settings > Interface> "Clear Encoding Cache Now". Configuration > Settings > Default Disc Capacity > Unlimited Red "Burn" button select "Create ISO Image".

What happens if you set "Disc Capacity" to "Unlimited", and then try and burn to ISO file? Have you cleared the cache? Also try "Internal Decoder" in the settings.

What is the error message that you are getting?

If you set the disc size in DVD styler to Dual Layer (DVD-9 8.5GB) do you still get the "size" error when trying to burn it?

I'm not aware of any DVD creation software that would allow what you are asking.
