I happened to try to make a build a couple of weeks ago just to see if I could. No luck on the first nor second go. I had to do a lot of search here. I successfuly built it on Artix with the latest NetBeans. You can try my pom.xml, you might need to delete your .m2 probably on your home directory to start clean. One thing tho, I'm not sure if openjdk would work. I used jdk1.8 hth
