hi, i am often in the same situation : need to import the same tour as mine, for my wife follow up, as she forgot "often" her gps :) But it is "always" a nightmare to import a fit file (a tour) twice. My bad about the : (double point) :( i forgot to think it was to name a file :) About digits changes, nice, thanks. About Suunto activities, i may think you have mis interpreted the suunto pdf file : 22 (trail running) is in fact well in this file, in the second column Suunto App I have other activity of Ski Touring, and it is well identifyied as "31" and MTB wrote 31 as well. idem for 65, snow shoeing. :) is it something hard coded, or somewhere in MTB database that i could eventually try to manipulate...

Hi Fred and all, 22.2 installed and Suunto file names implementation is really nice, thanks. Few comments for potential future improvements :) 1. Month and day numbers are written with only one digit --> file name sorting isn't good in case of 20211201 (1 dec 2021) > 202222 (2 feb 2022) 2. Idem for Minutes : only one digit 15h05 gives 15h5. 3. API only shares file with date as filename ? in a super perfect world, i would think of : temporary open the fit file, analyze the sport type and sub sport type, and match these informations with fit sdk sport descriptions and then finalize the file saving with custom name options, defined by code or user like you suggest with customization fields (including fit sport type :) ) i guess this will lead to create some MTB internal table with fit SDK sports and sub sport types (if not...

Hi Fred, Thanks for the test. Maybe my network is not so good at home. For my 1300+ activitities i needed to launch multiple times the import, which failed each time to get all at once, but each time 100/200 activities more were downloaded. Strange, but not a big issue, i will not do it so many times :) i will probably do it when new file naming will be implemented ;) Thanks again

Hi Fred, thanks, and happy you understood my "muddy" explanations :) I have an other comment : i tried to make MTB download ALL my Suunto activity files (1304), with a total fresh database. on two different computers, it "blocks", process seems to never complete (785 files on one side, 683 files on the other). Nothing in the normal log page : it stops. If there are more "detailed" log i could look at or share if you need, don't hesitate. And again, thanks for all your job. Edit : if i let MTB work...

hi everyone, hi Fred, i made a test because this "issue" is looking like one something i didn't understand on my side : my suunto account contains today 1304 activities and my MTB database contains already a lot of them, but not all, and not all imported from Suunto files. I setup MTB to download ALL (100%) my Suunto activity files, but only 180 files were downloaded. i initially thought it is because all others activities are already created for the related user. Hi Telemax, I am not sure to understand :( are you sure that pink line is the uncorrected tour ? they look different on your screenshots, while the green surface look the same. And in this case, if pink graph is strm values, then strm1 looks then little better compared to strm3 (to me :) ). Am i wrong ? is it possible to test "easily" ?

Bonjour Jürgen, Perfect on my side. i must admit i am testing this on my professionnal computer, so maybe lots of security things. And not expert enough to look at what was blocking wscript. Latest version (for me) with cmd is working perfectly :)

Hi Jürgen, Great, with new tcl, MTB can be closed directly from MTB (and it kills the GUI also), but closing the GUI by 'FINISH' button is giving new error (but MTB is killed) and here is console information. again, thanks, 2D map with OAM maps is really great.

hi telemaxx, thanks a lot it is working 99% :) Just, i can't close properly Mapsforge-for-MyTourbook.tcl GUI and MTB. Closing from GUI, i got this message and then gui instance stays opened --> need to force close Java and launch again gui. But so nice to have my OAM offline in MTB 2D (same as locus i use, i am happy) :)

Hi Telemaxx, i tried your link to get OAM in map2, but even if everything seems quite clear, something seems not working to launch the graphical UI :( I got this message while launching .tcl also (linked or not) i don't have the proper message when i try manually the MapforgeSrv : it stays blocked at "listening to localhost" PS : i am really not an IT expert in all this :) but it sounds really what i would like to get at the end

Hello, I reply to this post, as it contains most of advices i followed to setup OpenAndroMaps in MTB, but without 100% success. I downloaded recent OAM V5 France South Map + V5 Elevate Theme. (the same i used for Locus) I setup as requested in 2.5D Map (i think) (screenshot 1) I chose my FranceSouth setup in the 2.5D map (screenshot 2). Strange fact, i can't Theme Style from there. And Map appear after clicking in the map windows, but without any texts, symbols, even i doubt about the theme applied....

hello everyone, @telemaxx, and others, Sonny 1" files are effectively not properly processed in MTB, is it something which can't change ? In my area, 1" data are really more accurate than 3" ones, and with the nice MTB altitude corrections capacities, it would be a killer to be able to use 1" data. Thanks.

Hi, Any news about this feature request ? And, question : is there any "tweak" (like a setting somewhere) to change this dowloaded file name ? I must admit i do not use so much the MTB suunto import now, because of the activity file names that are quit not clear enough and can't be sorted properly in file managers :( i would still love to use this feature.

Hi, No votes on this ? I am currently using other tools to do it, but i need to export all GPX tracks and match with photos. And MTB contains all my tours history, so would be so better that MTB could check my photos and save in photos files a corrected GPS position. :)

Hi, I have easy import issues : the folder icon is orange forever : "Acquiring device info" Before any long investigations : is there a way to 100% reset ALL easy import data and keeping all other customizations ? I tried on a fresh install, and everything is OK, but as soon as i copy my .metadata folder, easyimport get old settings and everything is blocked. Thanks.

Hi Fred, Current state1 (screenshot attached) : i am Mick, and Mick is selected as user on top of MTB (green circle). And Mick Suunto account is setup. Current process is : Download Mick Suunto activities with Suunto Icon, file saved in one Mick directory, and then i use easy import based on this directory For wife (Kiki), current state2 shows that i can even not change the user on top, and use her own directory easy import (currently without Suunto import) First proposal : new state1 = a second...

Thanks Wolfgang for the title change, my bad ;( Frédéric, Yes, selecting the account will not be an issue. The only issue would be to ask each time for SA auth. So any solution you may think will be OK (like when we select a user for example).

Conclusions :) My key had not the proper services activated (strange, but maybe my fault). These two layers are working well now with my key/useragent PLANIGNV2 ORTHOPHOTOS This one is no more free, thus not activated for me (still OK with Gur key ;), but i also have another one to use :) ) MAPS Thanks @Gur for your help, and @Frederic, again, for useragent implementation (and the rest). :)

Hi, IGN confirms me that my key is only secured through useragent (i chose MyTourBook and not Mytourbook). My key doesn't work with the exact same settings as Gur. If i change my key to Gur's one, and proper useragent, it works, with mine, not. :( http or https works the same with Gur's key. I am lost. i have just asked to IGN if my key is ok with these ressources, (just in case :) ).

Great Frederic :) I like finally your new file IGNCertificate-Installer.bat It didn't worked for me neither because ........... i did have switched to adoptjdk when installed 20.12. i changed "C:\Program Files\Java" to "C:\Program Files\AdoptOpenJDK and IGN is back with old keys :)

Hi, it seems that the test key doesn't work for me anymore now :( So I requested a real own key, and i face this security choice in the IGN template Referer IP Referer et/ou IP Identifiant et mot de passe User-agent I choose indentifiant/mot de passe (login/password), and i got a key. but where should i put this login/password in the URL or in MTB, please ? I already tryied dbweaver, but with my no skills into server understanding, i failed to understand that connection instruction are almost the same than on the page for sql explorer 😒 So it seems to be working this morning, i will make some screen shots and explanation of my own, and share : maybe others will be happy to find them 😊

I have followed exactly this last page : I have no Derbyclient.Jar anywhere. Wolfgang answered elsewhere that another jar file should be used, but I can't find it neither. 😢. I tried other jar files but none let me populate the driver class name field with org.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDriver

Thanks Frederic, i think geocompare is great at finding similar tour and quickly, but then maybe too less math to enable proper comparison of segment metrics. But not a critism (or a positive one ;) ). i cannot find elapsed time in metrics available in Geocompare result view : isn't it a new one for next version to come ? Yes, there is indeed the answer for Normalized distance setting, but i don't understand what is really behind "geoaccuracy". In Sporttracks, there was something like that, with GPS points and a radius setting (a point and a circle, it was clear :) ) But in MTB i don't get how normalized slices are compared ? Something like my naive drawing ? geoaccuracy could be the value of the green arrow (reference tour slice and compared one max difference > geoaccuracy ) ?

One could also confirm me my understanding of these settings ? "Normalized distance" is the distance of the referenced tour divided into portion of lenght specified in "Distance Interval", right ? And "geoaccuracy" is ? someting like comparing each divided portion of tours with referenced one, and count each portion as "identic" if comparison is below this setting ? But what does it compare ? geographic center of the portion ?

In the Tour marker directory, i can sort by latitude column and then identify all similar markers, but it seems i can't rename multiple ones in one operation. Thanks.
