    The file in question has one password policy named "Default Policy". It was customized to length 17, lowercase at least 14, uppercase at least 1, digits at least 1, symbols at least 1. What's interesting though is that I have two other safes I was trying to get connected to from a new device that day -- one from Google Drive, the other from Sharepoint.     Today I am able to open the file. Renaming the file I am still able to sync and open it. In short I can't reproduce the problem any more. The file was edited in the interim -- some small edits using Password Safe for Windows. Also I can see OneDrive was updated on the device.

    Fresh install of PasswdSafe 6.20.2 and PasswdSafe Sync 3.8.0 on a tablet running Android 7.1.1. Fails to open a .psafe3 file located in a OneDrive folder, error is java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "13~!" I tried saving a copy with a different filename. The error changes to: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Policy 0 too short for flags: 4 The .psafe3 file is new. I created and populated it using Password Safe 3.53 Windows 64-bit.
