Hi Hugh, So I have just updated from version 4 to 5.0 community release. Now when I go to do a card payment (paymentsense) the Plugin popup manager is asking me to sign in. Ive entered the details that I can log into unicenta with and its says "Login information not found" ?

Hi, I updated from 4.6.3 to 4.6.4 and all the shared tickets have vanished. Where in the db would I find these tickets. (They are not in the sharedtickets table) Thanks

Ok, so with a fresh head this morning I tried entering different things into the 3rd box. (Paymentsense said to leave it blank.) I finally got it to work by entering the TID which is printed on the report printout after setting the card machine to till mode (F4 on the card machine, enter password, F1, CLEAR) So now it is working perfect.

Hi, Ive just swapped card providers over to paymentsense so that I can get the opos to talk to the EMV card machine. I have the credentials from paymentsense (Host URL & API Key) and entered them into the posapps screen. There is a 3rd box to enter something but im not sure what that is.. I think it could be the card machine ID so I entered "1" and made sure the card machine had an ID of "1" also.. this didnt work. I get the error screen (pic attached) on the opos saying "Make sure that the card...
