I believe the orange bar is the ratio of stored spice to the spice capacity. The green one is somehow related to the ratio of required power to the power produced. I think it is full when you produce twice as much power as required?

Hi all. So I am playing level 6 as Ordos and about one minute into game, 2 Siege tanks and 1 Combat tank attack me. All I have is 2 Combat tanks, 2 Quads and 6 Troopers. (See screenshot.) How the heck am I supposed to defend? Those Siege tanks destroy everything. The best I managed is to destroy 1 Siege tank and 1 Combat tank, but then AI destroys my base with its remaining Siege tank. I don't remember anything like this to happen in the original game.
