I've enabled Webmin to check for updates every day and send me an email (just notify) when updates are available, but I'm not receiving these emails. I believe the cron job controlling this is "/etc/webmin/package-updates/update.pl", and if I log on to Webmin (and get notified there are updates available), and then change the scheduled upgrades notification to hourly (which adjusts this cron job), I'll get an email notification once the random cron job hour window occurs.
