When I change the language from the UI it asks for permissions to write to Windows registry... Also, I tried the VERYSILENT install and it looks like it won't change the file association to PeaZip.

I see you have different php versions installed, but only 7.3 with curl extension. If your webserver (apache or nginx?) is using one of those two then the error is legit. Either fix you webserver to use php 7.3 (better solution) or install php-curl for php5 and php7.0

So I should enable wbxml and see what's going on with zimbra proxy? Shouldn't the backend retry on this kind of errors?
