I used the advice at https://medium.com/@chasekidder/controlling-powerpoint-w-python-52f6f6bf3f2d and with some looking at the code at https://git.lorimer.id.au/ppt-control.git/blob/e5c6ba60e958156340aefd73c7277f03aed49f55:/ppt_control/ppt_control.py to put together the following python script which opens a PowerPoint presentation, runs it in presenter mode (might be default), uses next to go to the second slide, then next to run the animation I made on that slide, then exports a png image of slide...

I'm liking having Python in Npp and have a couple of working scripts that are helping with my work, one of them would be even better if I could get a few inputs, (about 5 yes/no inputs and a couple of text items) so I'd like to pop up a dialog. The message box and inputs are not quite enough, I'm looking for an example script that puts up a dialog with a few inputs and then uses those values.

Hi Really pleased to find that you have carried forward the work on PDFtk Builder. One feature I would like to see is the ability to resize the dialog box as many pdfs I work with have longer path and file names. Michael

Ferdi It works from Safari on iOS. I usually use Chrome though as that is my default browser everywhere. Definitely handles multiple sessions, I haven't tried more than 3 at once though. Our church doesn't have internet and it works, I have set it up using XAMPP to host the OpenSong Remote files, browse to those and then the communcation is direct from the browser to OpenSong. Not having a password on the OpenSong API access makes it more stable in my experience. I'm also working on a manual for...

I have 'installed' OpenSong on a USB for us to use on our annual church camp where it will run on the laptop of whoever is the speaker for each session. This is generally the perfect solution for songs and they use whatever they normally use for there presentation slides. However there are some items that are not songs that we would like to also be able to run off the USB. OpenSong says 'detecting software' when switching to external/presentation, but doesn't find the copy of OpenOffice that is on...

I know this is quite an old thread, however, it is still the best one on this subject. We have set up a server on the OpenSong pc (using XAMPP) and installed the files from the crbcrb Github and it works well with no password on OpenSong for the API. The version on Github is 4 years old and the version on the Dehoeksteen website looks newer, would it be possible to update Github? We have everything running on Portable Apps so we can backup to usb and then run the whole system on any Windows laptop,...
