v34 fail to build as sharedlib

@i7tiol parallel-4.0.0-v04-2020-04-19-1913.tar.gz builds fine on Cygwin. @Olaf I did not changed the Makefile. As bootstrap was not changing properly the build I run "autoreconf -ifv" in src and than run "make dist" in root My impression is that bootstrap is not working correctly, as forcing a full autoreconf solved the issue.

it seems due to a misalignment in the ./bootstrap If I run autoreconf -ifv and than run make dist in the root directory the tarball produced have not that problem. In addition I notice: There is a spurious parallel-4.0.0/src/gl/.deps/ directory There should not be all these files in the package ~~~ parallel-4.0.0/src/gl/Makefile.in parallel-4.0.0/src/gl/Makefile parallel-4.0.0/src/gl/Makefile.am The tests are almost all failing.
