So I cant solve your issue, and just using ethernet cable does not help as delay basically is determined by the need of correct buffer settings for the network outside (although wired connection is a must have) .... What I at least wonder in your configuration is that the right slider is completely down and the left is up. This could not work to my opinion (dont know why in this case buffer LED is green). Please use the 'auto' checkbox, then your 'buffer slider' will move and show you the minimum...

Just like to add a note here, that I got my SoundCraft UI24R Digital mixer via USB on my LINUX machine (and WIN 10) up and running with Jamulus :-) . So currently not much people seem to be aware that this great Mixer is running out of the box with LINUX (UBUNTU 18.04). So you could add this interface as verified with LINUX/WIN, unfortunately I have no MAC (someother can verify?). The feature list of the mixer is rich, and you need to configure your inputs/outputs to your needs. This one has 32x32...

Thanks Volker for feedback! I can agree to some points you mentioned but still like to comment on others as I still think and being convinced that there possibilituies with little effort. Yes, its my opinion, and everyone see this differently, i also understand :-) When joining different rehearsals, there is still lot of discussions on a level ".... for me it works....try this...which fader buffer to increase .... or your answer about working interfaces with mac mini". This discussions are pain....

First of all, Congratulations to this SW! As a musician, the SW is a great solution for band rehearsal, especially in the time we're facing right now. As a developer, jamulus is a piece of SW with a clear UI and architecture. Several 'instrument' clients are UP-streaming their audio to a central server, which does the mixdown and the DOWN-streaming to a distributed set of 'loudspeaker'. At least this is how I understand and simplify the functionality for description here. After several rehearsals...
