SBML2SBGN not available in the webinterface
@all Encountered the same issue. Could we not just register an identifiers.org resource for the specifications. It would allow to simply update all links and ensure that links are not broken in the future. I.e. use something like https://identifiers.org/combine.specifications/ with https://identifiers.org/combine.specifications/sbml.level-3.version-1.qual.version-1.release-1 resolving to the actual document.
SBML L3V2 units UML is incorrect (arrow direction)
Hi all, could someone look at this bug. Should be very easy to fix (just a special case of handling the conversion factors). There should be a test case for this in the SBML test suite. This is a major bug giving incorrect numerical results for all models which have such a construct, i.e. direct assignment rule with conversion factor. @Lucian Have you seen this issue? Best Matthias
Comp flattening drops conversion_factors for assignment rules of the form "p1 = p2"
@Frank exactly my other use case where it makes sense to allow only subsets of the ModelHistory. I don't want to write the creators on every single SBase, but only on Model and SBMLDocument. So for all other elements like Parameters and Species I would just use the created and modified date. Not possible to set ModelHistory without timestamps
Thanks. This solves the issue for models which only contain uncertainty information without distributions.
