Hi, I have been in contact with the Reaktoro developer, and we've made a new database with the correct compounds. Can you explain where to add this database ( .yaml file) in the DWSIM folder? I will check with the Reaktoro developer on that, thank you! If Reaktoro does not support amines, do you think I can use an older version of DWSIM with the electrolyte NRTL model or extended UNIQUAC to perform the absorption and desorption simulations? Kind regards, Mathias

Hi, I am a student working on a carbon capture project, where I have to simulate a small pilot plant using MEA as the solvent. The problem I am facing is that some of the compounds I can specify in DWSIM are missing in the "Reaktoro Aqueous Electrolytes Property Package" (found here: https://dwsim.org/wiki/index.php?title=Aqueous_Electrolytes_Property_Package). Hi, Thank you for your quick response! I think I made an incorrect statement, what I meant to say was that MEA is dissolved in water, so a mix of 30 wt% MEA and 70 wt% water. So water is the solvent, and MEA is dissolved in the water. The compound would need to be added to the Reaktoro database then, correct? Kind regards, Mathias
