Yes I see that. But whatever I set the flip vertical or horizontal to it always shows an F. So I can't see which is flipped - or not. And when I know the image is correct it also still shows an F. Can the View menu show which are selected? Thanks

Hi Han I have a found a few situations that when I rotate an image: Rotate image - Rotate arbitrary - and enter N for north up it sometimes (not always) leaves it 180° out. I can then rotate by 180 to correct but it seems odd. Thanks
Hi Han I've found a strange situation: when stacking comets using Ephemeris alignment (with Auto rotate set to on), the first time I run the stack it does not work properly (see First stack image). If I just click Stack again, it then works correctly (see Second stack image). Not a problem as I can run it twice but it is a bit strange. Thanks Mark ASTAP version 2025-07-15 64 bit Windows
Works perfectly now. Thanks for doing that. Mark
Just downloaded a new version 2025.07.14 Intel 64 bit plus new variable sytar databases and get the same error unfortunately. First photometry set run works fine, second set gives an Access Violation error. Have to close ASTAP and restart before each run it seems. Mark
Sorry for the late reply - away on holiday. OK thanks I will uopdate and get a new DB. Mark
Thanks. I'll have a look into that - but not quite what I was after. Having a contour profile of a comet is useful though.
