Hi Joe, Thank you for making the ERP PCA Toolkit available! I installed the latest version and keep receiving error messages when trying to get scree plots for the temporal/spatial PCA for large data sets. When defining the number of factors to use, the PCA (both temporal and spatial) runs through without any errors. The error does not occur when I apply the PCA to a smaller subset of my data. This made me suspect some kind of memory failure, so I increased the Java Heap Memory of Matlab to the maximum...
