Ok, I figured it out... On the menu Options/Change Temporary Folder Path... I'm wondering if there is a way to synchronize folders without having this temporary files... Would using rsync on terminal avoid this? Does it have anything to do with "recursive" copying/syncing?
I have the same question. I have the system on a 60Gb SSD, where Synkron is installed. I'm trying to sync 100Gb+ folders between two 1Tb HHDs, but in clutters up the little free space I have on my SSD and crash...
