    While manually calibrating settings for maximum bitrate for maximum utility best quality I notice the maximum bitrate and framerate seem to differ between apps SourceForge, F-Droid, and Google. Do the differing app release builds have anything to do with this? Why is the maximum bitrate lowering from time to time?
