Hi Guillaume, yeahh. This was the problem. I update a lot of extension and I tested on my test instance. But having the admin right, all the test were perfectly fine. When I move in production, and standard user tested, the problem came. Thanks as always to the support. BR Marco

Hi All, after the update to the last version, I have the following error (see below), at least for the moment for wat I know, only happening to the not Admin account. Do I miss something in the breaking changes? | Error | 539 | Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, class "ResourceDesignerConnectorMenu" not found in /var/www/html/core/userrights.class.inc.php:1623 Stack trace: 0 /var/www/html/env-production/molkobain-newsroom-provider/src/Extension/Hook/Console/PageProductBeam.php(103):...

Hi Carlos, I would say yes, move the topic out from this one for the bug, you will get more help for sure. (Once you open a new thread you can reply here the link, so I can follow and help you). Regarding the help, I think you should provide more information. The link you posted is the correct one, that I can say, but if you don't post what you did, or the error you get compiling is hard for me to understand. Hi Carlos, this bug has nothing to do with the class customization. So the answer to you question is, yes of course you can add. Hi everybody, I have a small question because I didn't find this information by myself. Are there upgrades planned also for the standard portal? Would be cool to to have this new look that was introduced in the version 3 also available for the end user. Thanks BR Marco

Hi Pierre, thanks for the answer and your time. I don't have to manage the tickets, sorry for the misunderstanding. I think in my case the only workaround would be to save the id in a custom field, like you suggested. MySQL actually I'm running 10.3.31 Thanks for the suggestion, BR Marco

Hi Jeffrey, for example in a company you have an access management system, to create and manage Keys, Badge, etc etc. When you create a new badge and a new person in those system, if you would like to keep them synchronized with iTOP (for example adding a CI "Badge" to a contact, you need a reference of the iTOP contact ID otherwise would be impossible via API make any kind of change in the iTOP classes. I don't know if this answer you question BR Marco
