QuickSync, probably just like NVenc, is a disapointing encoder (I can't complain about the decoder, however). It can be useful if you don't mind generating very big files (e.g. when capturing the screen), but it is unable to provide good quality at reasonable bitrates (what I usually want to do after editing a video in VirtualDub or AviSynth). So, I advice you not to spend a single minute creating interfaces for these encoders. Cheers.
