I would not just rename the file to another status in the drive. I would write a few words in the forum stating that. For that reason, every task should have a thread. Is it better to use the forum or to use the tracker, lets decide. @Dimitry, which one is better?

Let's do it this way if it is fine with you: Contibution files are not duplicated when they change state. They are renamed. Once the topic is reviewed and renamed to toIntegrate, all comment copies are to be eliminated. Dimitry will integrate into Tutorial. I would say to keep the forum for communicating. The tracker seems overkill since we decided to use the filing system as identifier of the status of a contribution. I don't want to look all over to find comments and issues that come up. We will...
