Problem solved! I am using NPClient from above and Tobii EyeX input plugin.

I cannot configure FaceTrackNoIR with Tobii 4C for SW Squadrons. Also this little portrait in main window of FTNoIR is not reacting on my gaze. BUT if i will choose joystick input (and bind Rx to Yaw, Ry to Pitch, Rz to Roll, X to X, Y to Y, Z to Z) everything is working fine.
