Prevent errors and client disconnections when receiving a LX200GPS ":RE" command specifying a maximum slew speed slower than guiding speed. This is common when tracking satellites.

Added intermediate slew speeds between Slew, Find, Center and Guide. Now there are 7 speeds.

Fixed bug that was preventing altaz arrow control;

Fixed some bugs with LX200 tracking rate commands. Updated docs with ASCOM native driver.
