Material properties seems to disappear in IFC (2x3) when Split Lines are added to a Floor or Roof element in Revit (v2018.3.3.). For example, a tile floor is made and split lines are added in order to align the hatching of tiles. Then, the tile floor is exported to IFC as IfcCovering. This results in the absence of the Material tab in IFC of that particular Floor element. Any thoughts?
