Hello! For my master thesis I'm researching the effect of gap junctions on synchronisation in the Basal Ganglia. The model I am using is a Quadratic-and-Integrated fire model. Due to the quadratic term in my differential equation the membrane potential will go to infinity in finite time. Therefore, I am using a discrete resetting rule which states: V=> 100 then V= -65 .
