Thanks Alexander. So if I were to rectify the problem, what steps would I take to resolve the problem to enable the synch to happen? I have the ability to work with our confluence team to do that if they are the appropriate resource to resolve the issue, since it's not a problem with your software. Again, any info is appreciated!

Alexander, Understood, I just wasn't sure if the error was a result of OCD or Confluence. That said, is it not possible to make OCD disregard the case of the token when pulling the XML, or is it a fundamental XML schema failure? Is there a way to identify the source file containing the invalid XML causing this error so that I could communicate that to our Confluence engineers to fix? Thanks for your quick response!
