Ah yes, you are correct. Funny, at the moment I don't even recall how, why, or when I setup a custom FLAC preset. But it is another option.

Thanks, that seems to work perfectly. One note: it isn't necessary to change File->Preferences->Advanced->Tools->Converter->Thread count to 1 if it is already set to 0. Instead you can change the encoder preset to use "Do not convert in multiple threads". That way you can have a preset specifically for exporting DSD while other exports will still be multi-threaded.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I just tried 1.2.4 with "Do not convert in multiple threads" checked, and track breaks are still discontinuous. I also tried setting File->Preferences->Advanced->Tools->Converter->Thread count to 1 per the readme, but there was no change.

    Same issue here.

The number of samples is correct, but I'm not converting a single track, I'm converting all of the tracks, sequentially.

Attached are two images to help illustrate the issue. On top are two ISO -> single DSF -> single FLAC -> split FLAC tracks, while on the bottom are the same tracks via ISO -> split FLAC. Included are waveform and spectrogram views, the latter zoomed out slightly.
